Basic Manners and Communication Class 

Congratulations on working with your pup through basic manners and communication!

As you saw, the Top 10 behaviors are basic, but perfecting them takes time and practice. Continue working your pup; practice in different
settings, in different weather conditions, and at different times of the day.

 

And remember the 3D’s: Distance, Distraction and Duration – by adding these to all your basic’s you can expand your pups abilities and
confidence. Oh also few people work their pups in the dark or in the rain….so few pups respond in either of these conditions; do yourself a
favor and work these into your training to ensure your pup is comfy in all situations.
